马来酸桂哌齐特治疗耳鸣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将169例耳鸣患者随机分为3组:实验组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320 mg,对照1组给予丹参注射液20 mL,分别加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/日,2周为1疗程,对照2组仅给予5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/日,作为空白对照。3组同时均给予行为、心理治疗。结果:实验组总有效率79.37%,对照1组总有效率62.12%,对照2组总有效率44.44%。3组比较,试验组与对照1组及对照2组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组总有效率明显高于两个对照组。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗耳鸣有显著疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate Injection in treating tinnitus.Methods：169 patients with tinnitus were randomized into three groups.The experimental group was given Cinepazide Maleate Injection 320mg and the control group 1 was given Salvia Injection 20mL,which were respectively added in 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL by intravenous drip,once daily,for 2 weeks as 1 treatment course.The control group 2 only received 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL by intravenous drip,once daily,as the blank control.The behavior and psychological treatment were given at the same time in three groups.Results：The total effective rate was 79.37% in the experimental group,62.12% in the control group 1 and 44.44% in the control group 2.Comparison between the experimental group with control group 1 and the control group 2 showed statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the two control groups.Conclusion：Cinepazide Maleate Injection has significant effect in treating tinnitus.
