通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗不稳定型心绞痛(Unsfable angina pectoris,UAP)的临床效果。方法:将我院UAP患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,在此基础上观察组加用通心络治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数及心电图改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显的不良反应产生。结论:通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗UAP的疗效明确,安全性高,值得应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treating unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods：60 cases of UAP were divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups received the conventional Western medicine treatment and on this basis,the observation group was given the treatment of Tongxinluo combined with isosorbide mononitrate.The effects in the two groups were observed.Results：The attack frequency and ECG improvement in the observation group were superior to those in the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.There was no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion：The effect of Tongxinluo combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treating UAP is obvious with high safety,which is worth being used.
