摘 要:目的:调查2010年我院临床分离细菌的分布和耐药特征,指导临床合理用药。方法:采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验并对肠杆菌科细菌进行ESBLs检测,用WHONET5.5软件进行数据分析。结果:2010年我院共分离细菌1 044株,其中革兰阴性杆菌718株,占68.8%,革兰阳性球菌326株,占31.2%。大肠埃希菌和金葡菌分别占革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌的首位。大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌中ESBLs的检出率分别为18.9%、10.6%。葡萄球菌属中MRSA和MRCNS的检出率分别为34.5%和43.2%。结论:我院患者分离的细菌耐药性非常严重,应加强监测,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。Objective:To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance characteristics of clinical bacterial isolates from our hospital in 2010 to guide clinical rational drug use.Methods:The disk diffusion method was adopted for performing the drug susceptibility test and ESBLs for detecting Enterobacteriaceae with Whonet5.3 software for data analysis.Results:1044 strains of bacteria were isolated from our hospital in year 2010,including 718 strains(68.8%) of Gram-negative bacteria and 326 strains(31.2%) of Gram-positive cocci.Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus occupied the first place for Gram-negative bacilli and gram-positive cocci respectively.The detection rates of ESBLs in Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 18.9% and 10.6% respectively.The detection rates of MRSA and MRCNS in Staphylococcus were 34.5% and 43.2% respectively.Conclusion:Bacteria isolated from the patients in our hospital have very serious drug resistance.Monitoring should be strengthened to guide rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
