摘　　要：目的:了解我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析方法,对我院2008～2010年麻醉性镇痛药的使用数量、使用金额及用药频度进行统计分析。结果:我院麻醉性镇痛使用数量和金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中吗啡制剂尤为突出,而哌替啶注射液呈下降趋势。结论:我院麻醉性镇痛药使用基本合理,但其剂型、种类有待增加。Objective：To investigate the status quo and the developing tendency of the use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital.Methods：The defined daily dose（DDD） analysis was adopted for counting and analyzing the usage amount and DDDs value of narcotic analgesic drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010.Results：The consumption（amount of money and quantity） of narcotic analgesics,especially that of morphine preparation,showed year-on-year increasing trend while that of pethidine injection was decreased year by year.Conclusion：The use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital is reasonable on the whole,but the dosage forms and varieties still remain to be increased further.
