摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊药学服务的特点,总结急诊药师工作面临的挑战及急诊药房处方调剂风险的防范。方法:分析急诊药房夜间调剂的风险,应用临床药理学和文献资料思考怎样防范调剂风险。药师应该用自己的专业知识、专业技能、职业道德,做好审方、调剂、发药和药物咨询工作。结果:急诊药房工作中值得注意的几个方面:合理设置急诊药房格局,保障急救药品供给;严把药品质量关,定期检查药品有效期;提升药师综合业务素质,树立良好服务理念,加强药师与病人的和谐沟通。结论:高质量的药学服务、合理的处方调配,能保证用药安全有效,减少药物不良反应,避免医疗事故的发生,为急诊病人提供更加安全、高效的医疗服务。Objective：To study the characteristics of emergency medicine services and to summarize the facing challenges to the work of the emergency pharmacist and prevention of prescription dispensing risks in emergency pharmacy. Methods：To analyze the risk of night dispensing in emergency pharmacy.To think how to prevent prescription dispensing risk by applying the clinical pharmacology and document literature. Pharmacists should use their professional knowledge,professional skills and professional ethics to do prescription examination, prescription dispensing, drug dispensing and drug counseling work well. Results：The work of emergency pharmacy had sev- eral notable aspects：reasonably setting the pattern of emergency pharmacy, ensm＇ing the supply of emergency medicines, strictly grasping the drug quality ,regularly checking the drug expiration date, increasing the integrated services quality of pharmacists ,establishing good service idea and strengthening the harmonious communication between pharmacists and patients. Conclusion：The high-quality pharmaceutical care and reasonable prescription dispensing can ensure safe and effective medication for reducing adverse drug reactions and avoiding the medical accidents happening ,which provides safer and highly effective medical service quality and working environment to the emergency patients and pharmacists.
