富氧燃烧对热风炉操作的影响及评价

摘　　要：分析了高炉煤气富氧燃烧的基本特性,讨论了采用高炉煤气为燃料的热风炉,其富氧混合操作、空燃比设定、废气和拱顶温度的变化及运行效果,对采用富氧燃烧技术热风炉的操作和使用有一定的指导意义。The basic characteristics of blast furnace gas with oxygen enriched combustion were analyzed, and high oxygen content, setting air-fuel ratio and the change of waste gas and doom temperature of blast furnace gas fuel system which used in hot blast furnace were studied, the operation results show that using the technology of oxygen enriched combustion for hot blast furnace in production was faxourable.
