腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者饮食依从性及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者饮食现状,分析影响患者合理饮食行为依从性的相关因素。方法采用横断面研究设计,以方便抽样的方法,使用一般资料问卷、饮食知识问卷、健康信念问卷、饮食行为问卷对90名腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者进行调查。结果饮食行为依从性得分为(15.73±4.22),得分率为65.54%,婚姻、病程、有出血史、住院次数、饮食知识、健康信念等与患者合理饮食行为依从性有关(p<0.05)。结论腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者合理饮食行为依从性较低,影响因素多方面,有待从各方面努力提高患者合理饮食行为的依从性。Objective： To investigate the dietary compliance in patients with advanced schistosomiasis ofascites type, as well as to explore the factors that influence the dietary compliance. Methods： It was an objective sampling-sectional study. 90 patients were surveyed with questionnaire to obtain data regarding their general information, dietary knowledge, health belief and dietary behaviors. Results： The score of dietary compliance was （15.73 ± 4.22）（65.54%）,and marriage status, disease duration time, hemorrhage history, hospitalization times, dietary knowledge in addition to health belief were related to their dietary compliance （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The dietary compliance in patients with advanced schistosomiasis of ascites type was relatively low. Many Factors could influence their dietary compliance, therefore, further efforts are required to improve those patients＇ dietary compliance.
