摘　　要：目的提高拇指再造手术成功率。方法对106例再造拇手指、游离移植第二足趾拇甲瓣患者采取围手术期的访视及术前、术中、术后连续而完整的身心护理。结果 106例拇手指再造患者再造手指成活率为100%。结论通过围手术期的访视及护理,使患者知情权得到落实,同时也提高了手术室护士的责任心,患者良好的心理状态是手术成功的关键。objective To explore the way to improve the success rate of thumb reconstructive surgery in our hospital. Methods 106 patients with either reconstructive thumbs or free grafted second toe thumb armour disc were carefully supervised during perioperative period, in addition to physically and mentally well nursed before, during and after the surgery. Results The total success rate of thumb reconstructive surgery was 100%. Conclusion Based on the careful supervision and nursing in the perioperative period, patients＇ right to know was practiced and the sense of responsibility in nurses was improved as well. Good mental status of patients is the key for successful surgeries.
