摘　　要：目的：建立降脂酮中槐角苷的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,柱温：28℃,流动相为甲醇-水（60∶40）,流速1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。结果：槐角苷在0.01~0.20μg内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,Y=20063X＋9.1712（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.85%（n=6）。结论：方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为控制产品质量的定量依据。Objective：To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Saponin in JiangZhiTong.Methods：Kromasil C18 column（150mm ×4.6mm,5μm）was used with a mobile phase of methanol – water（60 ∶40） and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 260nm and temperature at 28℃.Results：Saponin presented a good linear correlation in the range of 0.01～0.20μg（r = 0.9998）.The average recovery was 99.51% and RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion：The method is convenient,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
