摘　　要：目的探讨髂腹股沟轴型带蒂皮瓣修复手部2—4指或2—5指热压伤所致皮肤Ⅲ°烫伤疗效分析及临床应用价值。方法利用髂腹股沟轴型带蒂皮瓣修复热压伤致2—4指或2—5指近中节指背皮肤Ⅲ°烫伤56例。结果56例髂腹股沟轴型带蒂皮瓣全部成活，经过10个月～2年的随访，恢复良好。结论髂腹股沟轴型带蒂皮瓣安全可靠，成活率高，供区损伤小。多指热压伤并指皮瓣修复术后，分指时皮瓣能够提供充足的皮肤。避免再次取皮游离植皮。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and clinical application of pedicled ilio-inguinal axial skin flap for coverage of hot crush injury in Ⅲ° scale in the 2nd - 4th or 2nd - 5th fingers.Methods To utilize pedicled ilio-inguinal axial skin flap for coverage of hot crush injury in Ⅲ° scale in dorsal skin of the 2nd - 4th or 2nd - 5th proximal phalanx fingers. 56 cases were involved in this study.Results The flaps used in the 56 cases were all survived. The outcomes were satisfactory in a 10-24month postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Pedicled ilio-inguinal axial skin flap can provide a safe and reliable operative outcomes with high survival rate with hot crush injuries can allow other donor sites. minor damage in the donor site. The flaps supplied in the multi-fingers enough skin in separated fingers and avoid undertaking skin grafting with
