摘　　要：围绕国务院和卫生部要求优先发展县级医院并将其作为公立医院改革的突破口、重点推进的思路,就县级医院改革在公立医院改革中的重要地位和作用,我国县级医院的发展现状和问题,当前一些地方在推进县级医院综合改革方面的主要做法和进展进行了论述,就推进县级医院综合改革,整体提升县级医院能力和水平提出了意见和建议。According to the conception of prior developing county hospital and making county hospital as a breach of public hospital reform issued by State Council and Ministry of Health,role and functions of county level hospital reform to total public hospital reform,problems and status of county hospital in China and the implementation and progress of county level hospital reform in pilot sites are discussed.Suggestions on promoting county level hospital integrated reform,totally improve hospital professional capacity are presented.
