摘　　要：门诊医生工作站是一个不断更新的医用平台,接受新程序,应用新功能是每位门诊医生都要学会的实践操作技能。内蒙古医学院附属医院针对门诊医生工作站培训面临的问题,提出取得医院管理层支持,加大对更新后的门诊医生工作站的宣传力度、广泛激发医生对新程序的兴趣、加强对新的快捷方式的讲解、印发培训文档、签到与考核相结合、将电子版培训文档下发到各医生工作站,方便医生随时查阅、采用录像手段,录制培训全过程、组建医院医生QQ群、区别对待,适度放宽,点对点培训、跟踪服务等方面的培训技巧和方法。让医生克服原有的固化心理,快速有效的接受和完成门诊医生工作站的培训。Clinic doctor workstation is a clinical information platform.Every outpatient doctor should receive new program and apply new function.Based on the problems of clinic doctor workstation training,Inner Mongolia Medical College has made experiences.Getting hospital leader＇s support and strengthening propaganda the updating system can motivate doctor＇s interest about clinic doctor workstation.Combining with sited training,signing in and assessment can improve training quality.Electronic training documents and training videos are online and doctor can download them freely,it mostly facilitates doctor＇s study.QQ group,face to face training and follow up service are used to help doctor applying this information system rapidly and effectively.
