摘　　要：探讨单病种付费的定义、项目内容、存在的问题,并针对单病种付费中出现的如:同一疾病诊断和同等患者状况下的费用差别较大;规避单病种付费的医疗行为;医疗保险单病种定价过低;单病种流程操作以及单病种监管等存在的问题提出相应管理和策略建议。The conception,content and problems of single disease payment were discussed.Problems in single disease payment such as significant difference of medical fee in the same diagnosis and the same status of patient,behavior of avoiding single disease payment,low standards of single disease payment and problems in process and regulation in single disease payment management were analyzed and countermeasures were presented.
