摘　　要：介绍了氮窑用莫来石推板砖的研制过程。通过对进口产品的剖析 ,采用正交法筛选出配方 ,产品理化指标为 :Al2 O3～ 70 % ,常温抗折强度～ 1 0MPa ,高温抗折强度～ 1 0MPa,荷重软化温度≥ 1 70 0℃ ,线膨胀率 <0 .5% ,使用寿命一般为50次 ,最高可超过 1 0The paper introduced the development process of mullite slab brick used for nitriding furnace. By dissecting the similiar imported products,an ideal product has been processed which composition is optimized by orthogonal method.Its chemical composition and physical properties are as following: Al 2O 3 ～70%, MOR at room temperature ～10MPa,MOR at 1400℃,～10MPa,refractories under load ≥1700℃, and linear change <0.5%. Normally,its service life is 50 times and the highest one is up to 100 times.
