基于交易费用的竞技体育生产组织选择研究——以奥运项目生产为例

摘　　要：基于交易费用理论,分析竞技体育资产专用性、不确定性和交易频率等竞技体育交易特性等内在因素对竞技体育生产组织形式选择的影响;探讨竞技体育所处社会政治制度、经济体制、传统文化等环境因素对竞技体育生产组织形式选择的外部制约作用。研究结果表明:各国竞技体育优势项目在生产交易中的不同特点及特定的制度环境约束,使之产生不同的交易费用,为了节约交易费用,就要求采用与之相匹配的市场型、政府型、中间型竞技体育生产组织形式。一国竞技体育生产组织形式的最终选择是根据本国的具体现实做出的适应性选择。In view of transaction costs theory,this paper made the theoretical research on the internal factors affecting the form selection of competitive sports production system,such as asset specificity,uncertainty and transaction frequency,and also analyzed external constraining conditions for the form selection of the competitive sports production organizations,which include political system,economic level,economic system,and cultural traditions.The research made the following conclusions.The transaction fee differs in the advantageous events of different countries due to different characteristics and system environment.In order to lower the transaction costs,the corresponding production organization form such as the government directed,market oriented,or the one between them should be selected according to that realistic needs of the country.
