摘　　要：目的建立猪血浆及组织（肌肉、肝脏、肾脏）中盐酸克仑特罗含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：ODS C18（150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm）;流动相：0.01 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠水溶液-甲醇（体积比65∶35）;流速：1 mL.m in^-1;检测波长：243 nm;柱温：25℃,样品提取液为0.5%（ρ）偏磷酸液-甲醇（体积比80∶20）溶液。结果盐酸克仑特罗质量浓度在0.0052.5μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 2）,平均回收率为81%以上,RSD=1.370%（n=6）,最低检测限0.005μg·g-1。结论本方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,阴性无干扰,可用于CL在实验室残留检测。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol in plasma and tissue（muscle,liver,kidney）.Methods ODS C18（150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm）was used at 25 ℃,with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol（65∶35） at a rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and 243 nm as detected wavelength.0.5%（ρ）metaphosphoric acid solution-methanol（80∶20） was used to extract the sample.Results It showed good linearity in the range of 0.005～2.5 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 2）and the average recovery was 81%,RSD=1.370%（n=6）,the limit of detection was 0.005 μg·g-1.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible and suitable for the laboratory check of clenbuterol.
