摘　　要：在加氢裂化装置中,往复式压缩机原有的控制系统采用风动卸荷器,只能实现0%、25%、50%和75%和100%5个档位的负荷调节;2008年12月新增了天华院的液压气量无级调节系统,从而实现了任意负荷调节,极大地节省了电能。In the hydrocracking unit,the original control system of reciprocating compressors used pneumatic unloading device,it can only realize five gears of load control of 0 %,25%,50 %,75 % and 100 %.In December 2008,the hydraulic gas stepless speed regulation system in Tianhua Institution was newly added,which realized any gears of load control and greatly saved the power energy.
