摘　　要：基于面向对象的技术角度开发的典型工艺知识库系统,从典型特征和典型工艺的划分、加工方法等方面分析了多工艺方案存在的原因。以机匣类零件典型工艺为例,以生产成本、生产效率、产品质量为评价基础,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对典型工艺知识库生成的多工艺方案进行评价。The paper based on the typical process knowledge base system developed from the view of object-oriented technology.Analyzing the reasons for the existence of multiple process programs from the typical characteristics and the division of typical process and processing methods.Taking the typical process of casing parts for example,the paper evaluated the typical process programs generated by the typical process knowledge base system,which based on the evaluation foundation of production costs,production efficiency,product quality by the method of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP）.
