摘　　要：介绍了石油天然气工业和油井管生产面临的形势,对中国油井管制造企业与世界上最优秀的油井管制造商之一法国Vallourec公司进行了比较分析,总结了目前世界油井管行业的特点。指出我国油井管产业发展应注重开发非API的高端油井管产品;关注国内和北美两大消费市场,提升技术服务能力;改变新建生产线扩张规模的发展思路;坚持技术创新,走"精品+服务"之路,不断提升企业软实力。Described in the paper is the general production situations of the oil and natural gas industry and the OCTG-making industry.An analytical comparison between domestic OCTG industry and French Vallourec S.A.,one of the leading OCTG makers in the world is made,and the characteristics of the current world OCTG-making industry is summarized.Suggestions for further development of the domestic OCTG-making industry are put forward,including focusing efforts on developing non-API high-end OCTG products,closely following both the domestic and the North American consumer markets of such products,and enhancing technical service force,changing the concept of expanding production scale via newly-built plants,keeping efforts in technical innovation,taking the development orientation of competitive products plus quality services,and continuously heightening company soft power,etc.
