摘　　要：环形加热炉在钢管生产中起着重要的作用,其设计是否合理,将直接影响钢管产品的质量和钢管轧制生产节奏。介绍了如何合理确定环形加热炉的设计参数和布料角,以及炉底砌筑结构设计、炉底与炉膛中心差值的选取方法等,并提出了新的环形加热炉烘炉方案。实际应用表明,所设计的平均直径24m环形加热炉运行工况良好。Since the rotary hearth heating furnace plays a critical role in the manufacturing process of steel pipes,whether its design is proper or not will directly affect pipe quality and the pipe rolling cycles.Elaborated here in the article are proper determination of the design data and the billet arrangement angle in the hearth,the design of the furnace bottom masonry structure as well as the selection method for the D-value of the hearth center,etc.Also put forward is a new feasibility solution for drying out of the furnace.The actual operation of the furnace as designed with the average diameter of 24 m are satisfactory.
