摘　　要：空气等离子在切割工件过程中产生大量的气化金属蒸气、臭氧、氮氧化物等烟尘,对周围环境污染严重。通过合理设计烟尘回收的方法,改进吸尘罩的设计,精心制作安装并合理使用,将钢管内部的等离子烟尘完全吸入到空气净化处理器中,解决了生产车间空气污染的难题。Serous air pollution of the workshop environment may be caused by the fume that results from the workpiece plasma-cutting operation,and contains a large amount of vaporized metals,ozone and nitrides/oxides.This big problem is solved by a series of preventative actions,including determination of proper collection method for the fume,modification of the fume-sucking hood,and proper installation and operation thereof,which have resulted in completely sucking of the fume from inside of the pipe under the plasma-cutting operation into the air-purifying system.
