痰热清注射液治疗夏季外感发热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液治疗夏季外感发热的临床疗效。方法将200例发热患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。两组均给予抗菌抗病毒等对症支持治疗,观察组同时给予痰热清注射液静脉滴注,疗程5天。结果观察组的总有效率为94.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后两组的体温都有明显的下降(P<0.05),且观察组的体温低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液治疗夏季外感发热的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Tanreqing Injection＂ in the treatment of exogenous fever in summer.Methods Two hundred subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 100 cases were treated by antibacterial and antiviral drugs,and treatment group in which 100 cases were treated by antibacterial and antiviral drugs plus intravenous drip of ＂Tanreqing Injection＂,with a course of 5 days.Results The overall effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group and 76.0% in the control group,with a difference between them（P〈0.05）;after treatment the body temperature was reduced in both groups（P〈0.05）,with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tanreqing Injection＂ has positive effects on exogenous fever in summer.
