摘　　要：目的探讨针灸结合心理干预治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将124例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。观察组采用针灸结合心理干预治疗,对照组口服替勃龙治疗,疗程1个月。观察治疗前后Kupperm an绝经指数(KM I)评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组KM I评分均显著降低(P<0.01);观察组的有效率为96.8%,对照组为95.2%。两组KM I评分和有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针灸结合心理干预治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and psychological intervention in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods One hundred and twenty-four subjects were randomized into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group underwent acupuncture and psychotherapy,and those in the control group were orally given Tibolone,with a course of one month.Kupperman menopause index（KMI） score and clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results After treatment,the KMI scores were reduced in both groups（P〈0.01）;the effective rate was 96.8% in the observation group and 95.2% in the control group.There was no difference in the KMI score and effective rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Combined acupuncture and psychological intervention has positive effects on perimenopausal syndrome.
