酸甘生津方对干燥综合征模型小鼠血清IgG及颌下腺淋巴细胞浸润的影响

摘　　要：目的观察酸甘生津方对干燥综合征模型鼠的治疗作用。方法将60只BALb/C小鼠随机分成6组,1组为未造模的空白组(A组),另外5组小鼠采用同种小鼠颌下腺接种方法造模;造模2周后开始灌胃给药,分别予以酸甘生津方低剂量(B组)、中剂量(C组)、高剂量(D组)、NaC l(E组)和强的松(F组)。给药2周后观察各组小鼠血清IgG及颌下腺病理变化。结果与A组比较,其他各组血清IgG水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与E组比较,各用药组血清IgG水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与B组比较,C组、D组、F组血清IgG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸甘生津方可通过抑制以血清IgG为代表的体液免疫并改善颌下腺淋巴浸润达到治疗SS的作用。Objective To observe the effects of ＂Suangan Shengjin Decoction＂ on Sjgren＇s syndrome（SS） in mice.Methods Sixty BALb/C mice were randomly and evenly divided into 6 groups： one group was of normal mice（A group）,the other five groups were to establish SS model and were then given low-dose（B group）,middle-dose（C group）,high-dose（D group） ＂Suangan Shengjin Decoction＂,NS（E group） and prednisone（F group） respectively.After two weeks,the serum IgG and pathological change of submaxillary gland were observed.Results The differences in serum IgG level between A group and the other groups were of statistical significance（P〈0.01）;compared with E group,the serum IgG levels were significantly lower in the other groups（P〈0.01）;compared with B group,the serum IgG levels were significantly lower in C,D and F groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The ＂Suangan Shengjin Decoction＂ can inhibit humoral immune and lymphatic infiltration on submaxillary gland to treat Sjgren＇s syndrome.
