摘 要:可燃气体探测器经常应用于爆炸性气体环境当中,传感器自身的防爆至关重要。为缩短产品开发认证周期,在产品认证前在企业内部进行的传爆试验还是必要的。本文结合隔爆型防爆外壳的传爆试验方法,设计一种小容积的传爆试验装置,通过该装置的试验验证,可获得小容积下金属烧结型限燃器的防爆参数。该试验装置体积小,结构简单,专门用于小型隔爆产品的试验。It is widely used of a flammable gas detector in explosive gas environment as a proteetion measure, thus, the explosion protection property of the detector itseff, no doubt, is very important. In order to deerease the development cost and shorten the eertifieation duration, it is necessary to early out the test for non - transmission of an internal ignition on the flameproof deteetor in the period of trial - rnanufaetm^e or before it is sent to a notified test station. In this paper, A sort of small - chamber trans- mission test set is design with reference to the non- transmission test on the flameproof enclosure. With this test set, the Ex parameters of metal sintered flame arrestor have been measured out. This test set has features of compactness, simple - structure and it is speeified to carry out the non - transmission test on small - sized flameproof produets.
