污泥与煤、木屑的混合燃烧特性及动力学研究

摘　　要：通过热天平分析装置对城市污水污泥、煤及木屑单独或混合燃料的燃烧行为进行研究。结果表明,燃料的燃烧过程分为脱水干燥、挥发分的析出和燃烧、残余挥发分与焦炭的燃尽三个阶段;污泥的着火温度低,燃尽温度高,灰分产量高,燃烧放热量较低,挥发分与固定碳燃烧的活化能分别为26.67 kJ/mol和32.12 kJ/mol;污泥单独燃烧性能较差,综合燃烧指数较低为0.161×10-11 K-.3min-2,加入煤或木屑后能明显改善其燃烧性能,缩短燃烧温度范围,提高燃烧速率,降低灰分产率,但同时使挥发分与固定碳燃烧的活化能增加,燃烧对温度的敏感度增加。污泥与煤或者生物质废弃物混燃是污泥燃料资源化利用的较好方式。This paper deals with the environmental issues regarding sewage sludge disposal which has drawn much attention for years.Considering the advantage of incineration process,combustion experiment was conducted using a thermogravimeter analyzer,in which sludge was previously blended with coal and sawdust,with different sludge percentage（s20%, 45%,and 65%）.The experiment indicated that the combustion underwent three stages including dehumidification, volatilization/combustion of volatile substances and combustion of residue volatiles as well as char.The experiment showed addition of coal and sawdust remarkably improved sludge combustion by increasing calorie releasing rate,narrowing the range of burning temperatures,raising ignition point,and besides decreasing ash yield.The combustion kinetic analysis also indicated that with addition of coal and sawdust increasing,the combustibility parameter of sewage sludge upgraded.
