液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料对烧伤创面的修复作用

摘　　要：目的探讨液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料对Ⅱ度烧伤创面的促进修复作用。方法对30例全身烧伤面积在50%以下的烧伤患者浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面进行随机同体自身对照研究。观察组使用液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料覆盖创面,对照组使用无菌凡士林纱布覆盖创面,对比2组创面的愈合效果和愈合时间。结果观察组显效26例(86.7%),对照组显效9例(30.0%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面完全愈合时间均较对照组缩短,其伤后不同时间创面愈合率亦较对照组明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论液超妥与痊愈妥复合敷料应用于Ⅱ度烧伤创面能起到良好的保护效果,并可加快创面愈合,减少创面感染,并限制瘢痕形成。Objective To investigate the effect of the calcium alginate and allevyn adhesive combined dressing on repairing of burn wounds.Methods Thirty cases withⅡ°burn and extent of burns under 50%of area were selected and homebody control on same wound sites was made.The treatment group covered with calcium alginate and allevyn combined dressing, control group were covered with sterile Vaseline gauze.The effect and time course of wound heal were compared and analyzed. Results Good effect were found in 26 cases in the treatment group（86.7%）,9 cases in control group（30.0%）,the difference between two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.The concrescence time of burn sites in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the post wound heal rate of concrescence in different times was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The calcium alginate and allevyn adhesive combined dressing is a kind of biological dressing which has positive effect of protection onⅡ°burn sites and can promote the concrescence of raw surface and confine the cicatrisation by reducing the size of infection.
