摘　　要：目的探讨普通全覆膜支架捆绑放射性粒子的临床价值。方法回顾性分析两组支架植入治疗恶性食道狭窄,比较两组病例植入成功率,疗效,并发症等。结果 两组植入成功率,术后通过率,病灶变化相当。治疗组在并发症,再通时间,医疗费用等方面占优。结论普通全覆膜自绑放射性粒子可比美专用放疗支架,部分指标有优势。Objective To probe the clinical value of self-made esophagus radiotherapy stent to treat malignant stricture.Method Patients with malignant esophageal stricture were divided into two groups according to the type of stent.The success rate,efficacy and complication of the two groups were compared.Result There was no significant difference between the two groups in implantation success rate,passing rate after surgery and focal lesions.But the test group had advantage in complication,reperfusion time and medical expense.Conclusion The self-made all covered esophagus radiotherapy stent is better than special radiotherapy-stent.
