摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在脑梗死介入治疗围手术期的应用效果。方法对102例脑梗死介入治疗患者的围手术期给予舒适护理。结果 通过术前、术中及术后的舒适护理,使患者了解疾病的相关知识,消除恐惧心理,顺利接受手术,达到满意的治疗效果。结论针对脑梗死介入治疗患者的不同情况,在围手术期给予舒适护理,可使脑梗死介入治疗患者在生理、心理上以最佳的状态积极配合治疗和护理,可以保证手术的顺利完成,提高治疗效果。同时对提高护理质量和护士专业综合素质具有重要意义。Objective： To evaluate the perioperative comfort care in the interventional treatment of cerebral application.Methods： Interventional treatment of 102 patients with cerebral infarction was done and perioperative given comfort care was given.Results： Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative comfort care could help patients understand the disease-related knowledge,eliminate fears and successfully underwent surgery to achieve satisfactory therapeutic results.Conclusion： Interventional treatment for cerebral infarction in patients with different conditions,in the perioperative period given comfort care,interventional therapy in patients with cerebral infarction can the physical,psychological state actively cooperate with the best treatment and care,can guarantee the smooth completion of surgery,Improve the therapeutic effect.At the same time improving the quality of care and overall quality of the nursing profession is important.
