摘　　要：目的探讨肺动静脉瘘在行介入弹簧圈栓塞治疗的护理疗效。方法通过对该例肺动静脉瘘患者在术前进行充分的评估病情,制定合理的术前、术中,术后护理措施及并发症的预防,并认真实施。结果 栓塞成功,术后患者血氧饱和度由治疗前的86%上升到95%。心悸气短、头晕乏力、咯血、胸闷现象基本消失,四肢指端甲床及口唇转红晕。结论弹簧圈栓塞治疗肺动静脉瘘,是安全有效的治疗方法,手术前中后的认真观察与护理,对手术的顺利进行及恢复具有重要的意义。Objective： To investigate the care of patient with pulmonary arteriovenous fistula received embolization.Methods： Preoperative evaluation of the condition of case of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula was done to fully develop a reasonable preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing care and prevention of complications,and careful implementation.Results： Successful embolization was done.Postoperative oxygen saturation was increased from 86% to 95%.Palpitations,shortness of breath,dizziness,fatigue,hemoptysis and chest tightness disappeared.The limbs and lips finger nail turned bed flush.Conclusions： Coil embolization of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula is a safe and effective treatment.Earnest observation and care during surgery is of great significance for smooth operation and recovery.
