摘　　要：目的探讨64排螺旋CT扫描对膝关节外伤骨折及软组织损伤和固定术后治疗效果评估中的应用价值。方法对56例膝关节外伤的患者进行64排螺旋CT检查,采集容积数据进行冠状位、矢状位、斜位等的多平面重组(multiple planar reformation,MPR)和容积再现(volumerendering,VR)软件后处理技术,调节不同的窗口技术显示图象。结果 64排螺旋CT扫描可清晰地显示膝关节各种类型的骨折和软组织及韧带损伤情况,显示关节腔内积血、积液,对石膏外固定和金属器材内固定术后,64排螺旋CT扫描复查无伪影干扰,对观察病变无影响。结论 64排螺旋CT扫描检查膝关节损伤,使用多种软件后处理技术,能发现X线平片不能显示的骨折征象,同时能显示关节腔和韧带情况,为临床提供准确了诊断依据,指导临床选择治疗方法。并适用于对固定术后复查患者,无明显伪影干扰,对治疗效果评估有重要意义。Objective： To evaluate the value of 64-slice spiral CT scan on knee injury and fracture fixation of soft tissue injury.Methods： 56 patients with knee injury received 64-slice spiral CT scan.Volumetric data acquisition of coronal,sagittal,oblique,etc.MPR（multiple planar reformation,MPR） and volume rendering（volumerendering,VR） software processing,technology adjust the display image different windows.Results： 64-slice spiral CT scan can clearly show various types of fractures of the knee and soft tissue and ligament injury,showed intra-articular hemorrhage,effusion,and plaster external fixation and internal fixation of metal equipment,64-slice spiral review of CT scan without artifact interference had no effect on the observed lesions.Conclusion： For knee injuries,64-slice spiral CT scan and post-processing techniques can find signs of fracture which X-ray can not show,and can display intra-articular and ligament for clinical diagnosis based on accurate guide clinical treatment methods.And for review of fixation in patients without obvious interference artifacts,assessment of treatment is important.
