摘 要:该文通过分析面向订单设计产品配置设计中多学科、高耦合、多迭代和系统性等基本特性,提出基于事物特性表的ETO产品快速设计方法。研究了ETO产品快速设计过程中的几个关键技术:提出了设计过程与产品数据的集成模型;分析了过程管理与产品报价系统的集成方法。通过与过程管理的集成,以配置设计和变型设计为主要手段,能够实现ETO产品的快速设计。最后,以柴油机工程设计为例验证了理论的可行性。Analyzing such as the design of multi-disciplinary,high-coupling,multi-iterative and systematic and other basic characteristics of ETO products,the rapid design methods were proposed based on SML.In the course of ETO product rapid design,some key technologies were researched.The process and product data integration model was studied,and the integration method of product pricing and process management was analyzed,and the rapid product design(RPD) process was proposed based on process management(PM).By the integration with process management,taking configuration design and variant design as main means,ETO product rapid design could be realized.Finally,a diesel engineering example was given to verify the feasibility of principle.
