摘　　要：针对当前常用的评价水印相似度的公式存在较大的缺陷——相似度为1时水印信息不唯一。该文分析了常用的相似度公式存在的问题和其合理性,提出了一个结合向量长度的水印相似度的新评价公式。该公式不仅可以从理论上解决相似度为1的不唯一性问题,而且实验结果证明具有较好的视觉评价一致性。There is one fatal weakness for evaluating the similarity of digital watermarks by currently familiar formula.The shortage is that the watermark is not unique when the similarity degree is 1.Firstly,in this paper,it analyses currently familiar formula,then proposes a new formula,which gets rid of the existed formula＇s shortcomings and inherits the rationality of currently familiar formula.The new formula not only overcomes the not unique problem in theory,but also is in accordance with visual perception very well.
