利用金矿尾矿烧制陶瓷墙地砖试验研究

摘　　要：分析了金矿尾矿的组分构成并与常用陶瓷原料作了对比分析，认为这种尾矿经除杂后可以作为陶瓷墙地砖生产中的长石代用原料。尾矿经螺旋溜槽分级（ 重选） 、弱磁选、强磁选、浮洗等工艺处理，有效降低了尾矿中的铁、硫含量。以处理后的尾矿为主要原料试制陶瓷墙地砖，在生产线上进行了一次快烧试验，生产出了合格的产品。In this paper,the compose and constitute of gold mine trailings are analyzed,compared with frequently used raw material.It think that tailings can replace of fine quality feldspar after removing mixed.The trailings are lowed iron and sulphur by ways of gravity.weakly and strongly magnetic,floation concentration technological process etc,made standard feldspar powder.The standard product is made in production line by once fast firing used of standard feldspar powder.
