摘　　要：我国城市化发展失衡和发展速度趋缓的原因在于忽视了中、小城市的发展,从而阻碍了现代化进程及制约着工业化和农业产业化。现阶段应坚持以人为本的科学发展观,把以大城市为主导的城市化调整为以中、小城市为主导的发展战略,以促进我国城市的健康发展和加快现代化进程。Imbalance between the development of urbanization and development has slowed down because the neglect of small and medium urban development,and impeded the modernization process,but also restricted the industrial and agricultural industrialization.At this stage,China should be based on people-centered scientific development concept to large cities led to the urbanization adjust to medium and small cities-led development strategy to promote the healthy development of Chinese cities to speed up the process of modernization.
