摘　　要：采用EGSB-A/O工艺处理高浓度的淀粉废水并对沼气进行净化提纯。在消化温度为35℃的条件下,EGSB反应器稳定运行COD容积负荷达到20 kg.m-3.d-1,污水处理整体工艺对废水中COD、BOD5和SS去除率分别达98.5%、99.5%、和95%,出水水质满足当地排放要求。沼气经过净化提纯后,甲烷含量达到98%、硫化氢含量小于20mg.m-3,日产生物天然气6 000 m3,实现了沼气的高值利用。The expanded granular sludge bed（EGSB） reactor-A/O process had been used for treating highly concentrated starch wastewater,and the biogas produced in EGSB was purified.Under the condition of 35 ℃,the COD volume load of EGSB reaches up to 20 kg·m-3·d-1,and the combined process removal rates of COD,BOD5 and SS were 98.5%、99.5%and 95%,respectively.After being treated by the combined process,the effluent quality was able to satisfy the demands of discharge.After purification treatment,the methane content of biogas was high than 98%,and the hydrogen sulfide content was below 20 mg·m-3.The natural gas production was 6 000 m3·d-1,the high value use of biogas was achieved.
