摘　　要：辛亥革命百年来,中国现代经济理论在其产生与发展的过程中,经历了与中国旧、新民主主义革命,中国特色社会主义、现代化建设与市场导向改革基本相一致的理论发展与创新。中国现代经济理论的主体在辛亥革命、五四运动、中国共产党成立、新中国诞生"、文化大革命"及中共十一届三中全会这些里程碑式的事件推动下,实现了一系列飞跃,为马克思主义经济理论的中国化奠定了坚实的基础,孕育并催生了毛泽东思想、邓小平理论与科学发展观。During the past century since 1911 Revolution, China＇s modern economic theories have experienced the old and new democratic revolution, the socialism with Chinese characteristics, construction of modernization and market-oriented reform. Promoted by the milestone events such as 1911 Revolution, May 4th Campaign, founding of Communist Party of China, founding of People＇s Republic of China, Cultural Revolution, and the third session of 11th Party Congress, the economic theories have evolved at great strides, laying solid foundation for the localization of Marx＇s economic theories, and stimtdating the ＇birth of Mao Zedong＇s thoughts, Deng Xiaoping＇s theories and concept of scientific development.
