摘  要:文章根据本实验室近几年的研究工作,对母猪营养与子代肉品质间的母体效应与子代补偿作用及其机理进行了总结分析。试验观测了母猪妊娠期与哺乳期营养对子代猪出生、断奶和出栏不同阶段生长性能、内脏器官发育、胴体品质、肉质性状等方面的影响,阐述了母猪妊娠期和哺乳期营养是否对后代产生母体效应、母体效应的延续性以及子代后续生长过程中是否存在补偿生长效应;同时对子代血液生化指标、激素水平以及肉质相关基因表达的影响进行分析,探讨了母体效应对子代猪生长性能与肉质性状的影响及其代谢机理和分子机理,为改善猪肉品质提供除遗传和营养以外的技术途径。Based on recent research work in our laboratory,effects of maternal nutrition on progeny carcass quality and the mechanism of progeny compensation in pigs were analyzed.Influences of low maternal nutrition level during pregnancy and lactation on growth performance,organ development,and meat quality for different stages of offspring were expounded to testify whether the maternal nutritional effects and compensatory growth effects existed in the offspring followed-up growth process.Meanwhile,the influence of low maternal nutrition on progeny blood biochemical indicators,hormone level and gene expression were observed in these experiments.Metabolic and molecular mechanism of the maternal effects on progeny growth performance and meat quality traits were analyzed and discussed in this article as new measures for meat quality improvement in pigs.
