糖萜素对断乳兔血清免疫球蛋白相对含量的影响

摘　　要：选用体重相近、雌雄各半的40±2日龄普通级新西兰大白兔20只,随机分成试验I组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和对照组4组,每组5只。试验I、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别给予浓度为3、5、7的糖萜素饮用水;于试验的0、7、14、21、28、35和49 d采血,检测血清中IgA、IgG、IgM三种免疫球蛋白相对含量。通过对断乳仔兔血清IgA、IgG、IgM三种免疫球蛋白相对含量的测定,探讨不同浓度糖萜素对断乳仔兔外周血液免疫功能的影响。结果表明,全部试验断乳仔兔血清中免疫球蛋白相对含量明显高于对照组兔。其中应用3‰糖萜素的效果最为明显;试验仔兔在断乳后1～2周免疫球蛋白增高最显著,糖萜素对IgA的影响较IgG和IgM明显。表明饮水中添加3糖萜素可明显提高断乳仔兔外周血液体液免疫功能。20 conventional New Zealand white rabbits,which had similar weight,40±2 days,and an aliquot of male and female,were randomly and equally divided into experimental group I,II,III,and control group.The group I,II,and III were given a concentration of 3？,5？ and 7？ of saccharicterpenin drinking water respectively.Blood samles were taken on the 0,7th,14th,21th,35th and 49th day and serum was harvested for determing the concentrations of IgA,IgG and IgM.The content of IgA,IgG,and IgM in serum of weaned pups used with saccharicterpenin were detected by detection kit.The results showed that IgA,IgG and IgM were significantly higher in all experimental groups than those of control group,among which 3？ concentration was the best.These immunoglobulins,especially IgA,were enhanced significantly from 1 to 2 week after delactation.The results also indicated that adding 3？ saccharicterpenin in drinking water could improve the immune function in serum of weaned pups.
