摘　　要：以重大传染病信息处理和使用为例,探讨知识服务平台的设计与应用。设计的知识服务平台以本体为基础,以重大传染病信息为采集和组织对象,建立了知识加工系统、知识库构建与维护系统、基于本体的全文检索系统、传染病热点信息采集与分析系统等,为传染病政策管理人员、科研人员提供多层次的知识和内容服务。Taking the processing and use of severe infectious disease information for example,this article explores the design and application of the knowledge service platform.The knowledge service platform designed in this article is based on ontology,which takes severe infectious disease information as the object of collection and organization,and constructs the knowledge processing system,the knowledge repository building and maintenance system,the ontology-based full text retrieval system,and the hot topic information collection and analysis system for infectious diseases.The platform can provide multi-level knowledge and content service for infectious disease policy managers and scientific research personnel.
