摘　　要：灾害档案是指在灾害发生及其应急管理过程中形成的各种原始记录的总称。灾害档案可以进行多角度的类型分析。依据不同的分类标准,可以将不同的灾害档案划分为不同的类型。在灾害应急管理的实践中,灾害档案具有社会记忆功能、决策咨询功能、评估依据功能和科研助手功能。档案部门的参与行动主要表现在四大方面:抢救已有档案资料、提供涉灾档案服务、收集现行灾情资料、建立灾害专题档案等。Disaster file is the generic name of all the original records made during the process of emergency management after disasters happen. According to different criterion, disaster file can be categorized into different types and analyzed from various perspectives. Practically, disaster file plays a multi-functional role in the disaster e- mergency management, such as social memory, decision consulting, assessment basis and scientific research assis- tant. Archival department＇s participation mainly falls into four aspects： rescuing existing files, offering disaster file services, collecting information about the current disasters and setting up disaster-based profiles etc.
