摘 要:为了提高电镀锌板硅烷膜的耐腐蚀性能,采用氟锆酸盐协同硅烷的无机/有机复合法在自制电镀锌钢板上制备了硅烷复合膜。通过SEM测试了硅烷复合膜的形貌,采用FTIR和XPS分析了复合膜的结构及元素组成,用中性盐雾试验测试了复合膜的耐蚀性能,并讨论了复合膜的成膜及耐蚀机理。结果表明:硅烷复合膜是由Si-O-Si等共价键形成的三维网络结构及ZrO2.ZnOxFy膜组成的复合膜层;涂覆复合膜的电镀锌板经96 h中性盐雾试验无任何腐蚀迹象。本硅烷复合处理工艺是一种优异的替代含铬钝化膜的绿色处理技术,具有良好的应用前景。Fluorozirconate-silane composite film was prepared on the surface of galvanized steel sheet via an organic/inorganic complex route.The morphology of the composite film was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and its structure and elemental composition were analyzed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Besides,the corrosion resistance of the composite film was tested with a neutral salt-spray test rig,and the formation mochamsm and anticorrosion mechanism of the composite film were discussed.Results show that as-prepared fluorozirconate-silane composite film was composed of Si-O-Si three-dimensional network and ZrO2·ZnOxFy film.No corrosion evidence was observed on the galvanized steel sheet covered with fluorozirconatesilane composite film after salt spraying for 96h.As a green surface-treatment technology,tide si]ane composite film technology could be used to replace chromate conversion film technology,showing promising application.
