摘  要:以酞菁钴与氯磺酸为原料,于130℃合成了四磺酸基酞菁钴催化剂,采用电位滴定法重点考察了该催化剂对模拟汽油体系及加氢汽油中重硫醇的脱除效果。结果表明,所制备的催化剂对大分子硫醇有较好的脱除效果,且在工业条件限制下,最佳反应温度为45℃;催化剂含量越大,硫醇脱除效果越好;正构硫醇及低碳数硫醇的脱除较为容易;可将油品中约100μg/g的硫醇硫降至5μg/g以下,博士实验合格。Cobalt phthalocyanine tetrasulphonamide catalyst was synthesized by reacting cobalt phthalocynine with chlorosulphonic acid at 130 ℃.The sweetening activity of the catalyst for the higher molecular weight mercaptan in simulated gasoline and hydrogasoline was studied by using potentiometric titration method.The results show that this catalyst had good activity for the higher mercaptans,and under the industrial planning condition the optimal reaction temperature was 45 ℃.The catalytic activity can be improved by raising the content of catalyst.The lower mercaptans and n-thiols could be easily oxidated to disulphides.The mercaptan content in gasoline could be reduced from 100 μg/g to less than 5 μg/g,and the Doctor Test showed negative.
