摘 要:开关电源电磁辐射发射容易超出EMC标准限值,有必要对其形成机理、特性和预测进行研究。本文在建立电容、变压器、PCB引线、半导体开关等元器件模型基础上,对Flyback开关电源进行了时域有限差分(FDTD)建模,仿真研究了其在开放空间中远场电磁辐射的分布和规律。仿真结果表明开关电源输入/输出电缆是电磁辐射的主要影响因素,并验证了共模电感对远场电磁辐射的抑制作用。Electromagnetic radiation emission from a switched mode power supply is easily exceeding EMC standard limits and this phenomenon is difficult to debug for many switched mode power supply designers.It is very necessary to study electromagnetic radiation mechanism,characteristics and prediction method for industrial community and academia.After analyzing and modeling of some active and reactive components,such as capacitor,transformer,diode,MOSFET,PCB traces,input/output cords,a FDTD model of a flyback SMPS is set up.The distribution pattern and magnitude characteristics of far-field electromagnetic radiation are simulated and analyzed based on X-FDTD software.Using simulation tool,it is found that input and output cables have a significant influence on the far-field electromagnetic radiation distribution of the flyback power supply in 30MHz-300MHz.The capability of a common mode EMI choke to inhibit radiation is verified by using simulation.This paper is useful for SMPS engineers to design and decrease far-field electromagnetic radiation.
