摘　　要：针对单回路PID温度控制在ACS聚合反应中温度波动大的问题,介绍了如何利用DCS系统中的串级控制,实现了ACS聚合反应温度的有效控制。In this paper,we introduce how to control the temperature of ACS poly-reaction with the help of cascade control in DCS,in order to solve the problem that the temperature fluctuated heavily during ACS poly-reaction when using single channel PID temperature control.
