和谐农村视阈下完善农村卫生服务体系的几点思考

摘　　要：十七届五中全会着力强调民生问题,特别强调农民的民生问题。因此,完善农村卫生服务体系建设,大力发展农村公共卫生事业,对于提高农民健康水平、解决农民民生问题、促进和谐社会建设具有重要意义。探索农村卫生服务体系建设的有效途径和对策也是实现统筹城乡发展,建设农村小康社会的重要内容和有力保障。The Fifth Plenary Conference of Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC put emphasis on the issue of people＇s livelihood,especially the farmers＇ livelihood;therefore to improve the rural medical and health care system,strive to develop the rural medical and health care cause are of great significance for improving farmers＇ health standard,solving the issue of farmers＇ livelihood and facilitating the construction of harmonious society.To explore the effective measures and countermeasures for the construction of the rural medical and health care system is an important content and a powerful guarantee for realizing the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and constructing the rural well-off society.
