摘  要:采用3种消毒时间对健康苦豆子种子内及植株体内的内生放线菌进行分离.结果表明:消毒3 min来消除非内生菌的影响效果较好;同一植株分离出内生放线菌的数量,种子最多,其次是茎部和根部,叶部较少.合并形态相同的分离物,从苦豆子种子、根、茎和叶分离出的内生放线菌,经初步鉴定分属5个属,86株为链霉菌属,占分离总数的68.8%;19株为诺卡氏菌属,占15.2%;14株为放线菌属,占11.2%,其余分属于小单孢菌属和游动放线菌属.Endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from healthy Sophora alopecuroides L.with 3 sterilizing time.The results indicated that sterilized disposal in the 3 minus were the optimal methods of wiping off no-endophytes.Quantities of endophytic actinomycetes from different parts of Sophora alopecuroides L.varied and there were more endophytic actinomycetes in the seeds than in the stems and roots of the same plant.Combined form of the same isolates from the seed,roots,stems and leaves isolated endophytic actinomycetes,were identified belonging to five genera,86 strains of Streptomyces,accounting for 68.8% of the total separation;19 as Nocardia,accounting for 15.2%;14 as Actinomyces,accounting for 11.2%,the rest belonging to the genus Micromonospora,and Actinomyces.
