摘　　要：目的探讨紫苓胶囊联合前列腺按摩治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法口服紫苓胶囊联合前列腺按摩治疗52例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者，疗程为8周，观察治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）。结果52例患者均完成8周疗程，治疗前后NIH—CPSI评分28．47±4．79和15．51±4．13，其中疼痛症状评分为14．51±3．27和7．29±3．16；排尿症状评分6．17±2．52和3．24±1．38；生活质量评分9．64±4．05和4．19±2．31。经配对t检验治疗前后评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论紫苓胶囊联合前列腺按摩治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎能缓解患者症状，改善患者生活质量。Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of Ziling Jiaonang combined with prostatic massage therapy for the patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods 52 cases with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis received the therapy of Ziling Jiaonang combined with prostatic massage for 8 weeks. Then compared National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom score （ NIH - CPSI） after therapy. Results All patients completed the treatment course of 8 weeks. Before and after treatment changes： NIH -CPSI （28.47 ± 4.79; 15.51 ± 4.13 ）, pain score （ 14.51 ± 3.27 ; 7.29 ± 3.16 ）, urinary symptom score （6.17 ± 2.52 ; 3.24 ± 1.38 ）, the quality of life score （9.64 ±4.05 ; 4.19 ±2.31 ）. There was statistical significance before and after treatment by paired - samples t Test （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Ziling Jiaonang combined prostatic massage treatment can alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
