猪PRLR基因intron 9多态性与产仔性能关联性分析

摘　　要：采用PCR-SSCP技术分析豫南黑猪、杜洛克猪、长白猪和大约克夏猪4个猪种PRLR基因内含子9多态性,检测到A、B、C 3个等位基因和AA、AC、BB、BC及CC 5个基因型。对纯合子序列比对发现,在此区域内有5个位点突变,分别为G→A、T→G、C→A、C→G和T→G突变。采用最小二乘法分析其对产仔数影响的遗传效应,结果表明,豫南黑猪不同基因型对产仔数没有显著影响(P>0.05);外来猪种在初产产活仔数(NBA)上基因型CC型比BC型多产2.38头,差异显著(P<0.05),而在初产总产仔数(TNB)和经产产仔数上不同基因型对产仔数影响都不显著。Polymorphism of intron 9 in the PRLR gene in the Yunan black pigs,Duroc,Landrace,Yorkshire was studied by using PCR-SSCP.Three alleles of A,B and C and four genotypes of AA,AC,BB,BC and CC were detected.Five mutations were detected in this part by cloning,sequencing and homologous comparison of the three homozygotes,which were the single nucleotide substitution of G→A,T→G,C→A,C→G and T→G.The effect of PRLR on litter size traits was analyzed by the least square analysis.The results showed that there were no significant differences between the various genotypes of the Yunan black pigs in litter size（P0.05）;in the first parity,CC genotype of foreign pig produced 2.38 NBA,more than BC genotype（P0.05）,however,there were no significant differences between the diverse genotypes in TNB and litter size of the later parity.
