猪圆环病毒2型感染对高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗免疫应答的影响

摘　　要：采用阻断ELISA法对单独接种高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征组(hpPRRS,B组)及PCV2人工感染21d后接种hpPRRS疫苗组(PB组)不同时期血清中的PRRSV抗体进行检测,同时对不同时期前腔静脉血进行CD4/CD8流式细胞术及血常规分析。结果表明,在接种后32dB组白细胞含量极显著高于PB组(P<0.01),接种后62dB组淋巴细胞含量极显著高于PB组(P<0.01),接种后75dPB组幼稚型Th细胞含量显著高于B组(P<0.05),接种后32、62及75dB组Tc细胞含量为PB组的2.40、1.98和1.86倍,接种后32、48及62dB组记忆/激活Th细胞含量分别为PB组的1.54、1.46及1.32倍。The antibody levels responded against highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（hpPRRS） were measured by ELISA at different time for pigs vaccinated with hpPRRS vaccine（group B,n=3）,or pigs inoculated with both hpPRRS vaccine at 10 days postinfection with PCV2（group PB,n=5）,respectively.And regular peripheral blood hemanalysis and cytometry with CD4/CD8 monoclonal antibodies were also detected,respectively.The results showed that the leucocytes of group B were significantly higher than those of the group PB at 32 days after inoculation（P0.01）,the lymphocytes of group B were statistically higher than those of the group PB at 62 days after inoculation（P0.01）,the naive Th lymphocyte counts of group PB were 2.25-fold in comparison with those of group B,and significant difference was observed at the same time（P0.05）,the Tc lymphocyte counts of group B were 2.40,1.98 or 1.86-fold than those of group PB 32,62 or 75 days after inoculation,respectively,and significant difference was found at 32 days after inoculation（P0.05）;the memory/activated Th cells of group B were 1.54,1.46 or 1.32-fold than those of group PB,respectively;as far as specific antibodies responded to hpPRRS vaccine were concerned,the S/P ratios of group B were lower than those of group PB during this trial except for at 0 or 48 days after inoculation.
